Requirements & Responsibilities
- Must have recent food service/ cafeteria experience
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Must be able to wash pots, sweep and mop floors daily
- Cook and prepare meals according to the menu
- Serve food according to meal schedules and procedures
- Ensure portion control and temperature checks on equipment and food
- Disposes of trash and garbage according to standards and procedures
