We are looking for a skilled Flux Core Welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using flux core arc welding (FCAW) processes. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform flux core (FCAW) welding on structural and fabricated steel components.

• Set up welding machines and adjust settings according to job specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.

• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company and industry standards.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment.

• Follow all safety procedures, including wearing proper PPE.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of flux core welding experience in an industrial, structural, or manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and weld symbols.

• Ability to pass a welding test (FCAW).

• Strong attention to detail and quality.

• Familiarity with fabrication tools, grinders, and measuring devices.

• Certification in FCAW or AWS

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.

• Capable of working in hot, noisy, or confined spaces as required by the job.
