Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Weekends: Rotating weekends required

AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Cook for a full-time opportunity in Plano, TX. If you have previous cooking experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and production schedules.

• Prep ingredients by chopping, slicing, measuring, and portioning.

• Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.

• Monitor food quality and maintain proper food temperatures.

• Assist with stocking inventory and receiving deliveries.

• Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to provide quality meal service.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience is required.

• Experience in a restaurant, healthcare, senior living, school cafeteria, or commercial kitchen is preferred.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
