The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for completion of the day-to-day activities involving installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of the production facility and related equipment and machinery, including blown film extrusion lines, to support the production process.

Pay - $30-$35/hr (based on experience)
Shift - 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am
**must be ok with working weekends**

Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
- Preforming preventive maintenance in conjunction with maintaining production equipment during production.
- Reviews work orders, prioritize them, and perform the work in a professional manor.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
- Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies required for operations of repair.
- Perform simple machinist skills for fabricating parts as needed.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, test and adjust the machines.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, machines, facilities and faulty equipment.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10+ years of manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC.
- Blown film extrusion experience is preferred.
- Able to pass background check and a drug screen.
