We are looking for a Medical Insurance Coordinator/CSR  you will be responsible for answering and logging incoming phone calls. Callers will include insurance companies, medial providers, plan participants, retirees, or employers, who will request information about their benefits plan, estimate inquiries, or verification of benefits.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with working knowledge in medical billing, having worked in a doctor's office, insurance benefit coordination, or any other type of front/back office healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Accurately logging calls and form requests from plan participants into a computer application
• Verifying and updating names, addresses, phone numbers, and marital status
• Providing basic information to callers about their plan benefits
• Mailing various forms to plan participants

• Deliver customer support like you expect to receive it; with excellence
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Word

Salary:  $14.00 / hr.  to start with regular pay increases once established in the role. This position is a full-time, fully benefited work opportunity!
