Behavioral Health Professional (Therapist)
Location: Phoenix, AZ , Peoria AZ, Deer Valley AZ 

We are hiring an independently licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LISAC) to provide therapy in our Intensive Outpatient Program. This role supports individuals with substance use, PTSD, post-incarceration challenges, and co-occurring behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy & facilitate IOP groups (2–3 hrs/day, 5 days/week)

• Develop treatment plans & document services within 24 hrs

• Use evidence-based practices (CBT, REBT, motivational interviewing, etc.)

• Support recovery, re-entry, and community reintegration goals

• Collaborate with care team, peer coaches, and family supports

Requirements:

• Master’s in behavioral health field

• Independent license (LPC, LCSW, LISAC) required

• 2+ years behavioral health experience

• CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certification

• Strong communication & EHR skills

• Must be 21+ and pass background, TB, and drug/alcohol screening

Work Setting: Outpatient clinical environment with group and individual facilitation.
