Job Title: Order Management Sales Coordinator 
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Summary

The Order Management Sales Coordinator is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing daily orders related to game and systems sales, trials, leases, conversions, and support services. This role serves as a key liaison between sales, compliance, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in alignment with company standards and procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily order entries for game and system sales, leases, trials, participations, and conversions.
  • Review incoming order documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Interface with internal departments (e.g., sales, compliance, purchasing, accounting, manufacturing) to ensure complete and compliant order processing.
  • Enter orders into the Pronto system and release approved orders to manufacturing.
  • Manage and process order change requests.
  • Prepare revenue recognition documentation for appropriate orders.
  • Coordinate the collection of all required documentation and related expenses for implementation, training, maintenance, and service activities.
  • Maintain and organize Sales Operations files and records.
  • Ensure accurate order tracking by updating system trackers in real-time at each stage of processing.
  • Perform secondary verification of all orders prior to manufacturing release.
  • Support order closeout activities for all relevant order types.

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in order processing or a similar role.
  • Experience within the gaming industry is highly desirable.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience with Pronto or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain gaming licensure as required by jurisdiction.
