Join the team! A home improvement facility in Carrolton, TX is in need of a Warehouse Supervisor 

Shift: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $21-$25 per hour

Position Overview:

• Directly supervises employees within the warehouse.
• Remains mindful of costs and actively looks for more cost-effective methods for the company to use.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree
• Must have at least 5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Certified forklift operator
• Computer skills required: Inventory Software and Microsoft Office
