AtWork Personnel is seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaping/Groundskeepers to join a landscaping team in Tyler, TX.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through expert landscaping, gardening, and irrigation practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticultural principles, ensuring that all projects meet high standards of quality and sustainability. Pay: $14.50 - $15.25 per hour , Weekly Pay, Day Shift 

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage across various landscapes
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, trimming, edging, and other landscaping activities
• Conduct regular lawn care procedures such as aeration, overseeding, and weed control to maintain lush turf conditions
• Assist with gardening activities including soil preparation, planting flowers and shrubs, and mulching to enhance landscape design

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture preferred
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscaping practices
• Must have experience with a zero turn lawn mower machine.
• Experience operating hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes, as well as power tools like trimmers and blowers
• Understanding of plant health care, pest management, and sustainable gardening methods
