Join our team! A facility located in Tyler is seeking to hire an entry level welder 

Pay range: $22-$24 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural steel components.
• Follow welding procedures and specifications to meet project and quality requirements.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company standards.
• Assist with cutting, grinding, and cleaning materials in preparation for welding.
• Set up welding stations and adjust equipment based on job-specific instructions.
• Support layout and assembly of components for welding
• Inspect finished welds to identify and correct defects such as cracks or porosity
• Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of welding equipment and tools
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and project leads

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Certified welding program or vocational training in welding preferred
• Familiarity with basic welding techniques and tools
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
