Acrylic Manufacturing Technician
We are looking for a skilled, hard-working, and highly motivated Manufacturing Warehouse Technician to join our client team of manufacturing professionals.

Schedule: 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM (with 30-minute lunch break)
Pay rate: $15.00/hr.
Job Location: X-Roads: N Hayden Rd & 83rd Way in Scottsdale AZ

Job Summary

• Prepare materials, set up, and operate molds to cast acrylic disks according to manufacturing work instructions.
• Maintain process and quality records of disks and materials.
• Perform calibration and routine maintenance of hydraulic presses and heating equipment.
• Experience in the setup and operation of hydraulic presses is desirable.
• Must be willing to work all shifts and weekends when needed.

• Must be able to follow manufacturing work instructions.
• Must maintain process and quality records with attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Must be able to set-up and operate machines independently.
• Must be able to inspect own parts to requirements.
• Should be well-organized and possess excellent communication skills.
• Takes pride in workmanship and possesses a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Works effectively both independently and in a team environment.
• Achieves results based on pre-defined priorities & schedule.
• Possesses basic knowledge of machine operators.
• Experienced in basic Microsoft Windows and Office Skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
