Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – PRN 
 Flagstaff, AZ 86004
$27–$29 per hour
12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:30 PM or 6:00 PM–6:30 AM)
PRN – As Needed (40 hours per week not guaranteed)

We are hiring compassionate and dependable CNAs to support Veterans/Members in a skilled care setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transfers, ambulation)
• Take vital signs and monitor residents’ physical and mental status
• Assist nursing staff with basic medical procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment
• Respond appropriately in emergency situations

Requirements:

• Active CNA Certification in the State of Arizona (Required)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
