Position Summary
Under the general supervision of the Dry Mix Production Room Supervisor, the Bagger Operator ensures cement-based products are properly filled, labeled, and palletized according to production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust the bagger machine independently, ensuring accurate bag weights.

• Verify the correct type of bag is used for each product based on written and verbal instructions.

• Monitor and maintain bag weight within specified tolerances; make machine adjustments as necessary.

• Ensure product labels, including process order and expiration dates, are clearly and accurately stamped.

• Immediately report any machine or process issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.

• Keep the bagging area clean and organized.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively with team members.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Dependability in attendance and punctuality.

• Commitment to safety and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Willingness to follow supervisor instructions and adapt as needed.

Education & Experience

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus.

Language Skills

• Ability to read and understand basic English. Bilingual English/Spanish is helpful but not required.
