Job Summary

AtWork Personnel is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician in Tyler, TX. This full-time evening shift position is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while following cleaning and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned work areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
• Replenish restroom and facility supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to management.
• Properly use and store cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
