1ST SHIFT - $20.00 - FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Read and follow daily production schedules and batch ticket instructions accurately

• Weigh and measure raw materials using manual and automated equipment

• Operate mixers and other machinery to blend ingredients per batch requirements

• Monitor mixing times and equipment settings to ensure consistency

• Collect samples and perform quality control tests as specified

• Clean and maintain mixers, equipment, and work area

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment

• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety policies

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues immediately

• Maintain accurate production and quality records

• Assist other operators and production team members as directed

• Load and unload trailers as needed

• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Language: Must be able to read and comprehend English

• Math Skills: Basic math proficiency required

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb, bend, reach overhead

  • Able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs

• Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality

Preferred Experience:

• Manufacturing Experience: 3+ years preferred

• Mixing/Batch Making: 2+ years preferred
