- Rotating shift: Sunday and Monday 2:00pm-10:30pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00pm-6:30am, OFF - Thursday and Friday, Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm.
- Salary: $18.50 / hr. This position is a full-time, fully benefited work opportunity!

- Interviews: 1st: In-person with Recruiter / 2nd: Onsite with hiring team after 1:00pm Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays.
Essential job duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the business:
- Works under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Execute daily production schedule.
- Minimize waste and quality holds.
- Responsible for ensuring that work orders are issued properly and ready for production.
- Have strong leadership skills; expected to be able to direct, correct, and motivate the members of their team to achieve efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and possess in-depth knowledge of all production procedures and know how to operate and troubleshoot machinery and issues with the line.
- Knowledge to know when to increase or decrease the speed of the line according to product.
- Ensures safety rules and procedures are strictly followed in the production area.
- Ensures product meets product specifications.
- Maintain hour by hour chart.
- Verify bar weights, lot codes and ingredients.
- Expected to understand the importance of time management and be proactive and productive at all times.
- Informs supervisor of any personnel issues or operational conditions which impacts production during shift, including but not limited to, safety and medical emergencies, personnel issues, regulatory agency interaction, and technical (process) issues.
- Works well with other departments (i.e. Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, etc.) to ensure production runs smoothly and in keeping with GMP standards, SOP’s, and any other policies or guidance.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
High School Graduate or GED equivalent (preferred).
Minimum of over 6 months of related experience as a Machine Operator in the food industry. Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Skill Requirements & Certifications:
- Excellent communication with ability to read, speak, and write in English.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) plant safety and OSHA requirements.
- Proven success with working in a team environment.
Additional Information:
May be required to report to shift earlier than start time or stay later than shift end. May work overtime as needed.
