Location: NW Phoenix AZ ( 17th Drive & Pinnacle Peak Rd 

1st Shift:   06:00 AM - 02:30 PM Mon-Fri
2nd Shift:  02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Mon-Fri
3rd Shift:   10:00 PM - 06:30 AM Mon-Fri  
Pay rate: $12.00/hr. 

The Production Operator is responsible for working in the production line. This position also includes performing any finishing work on plastic parts as needed, including cutting, clipping, trimming, debarring, and etcetera. The Production Operator is assigned varying tasks throughout their shift, which may change from day-to-day. Tasks related may include anything from the simple tasks of recovering parts from a press and packaging to the more complex tasks of trimming parts, fitting parts in fixtures, or taking care of special packaging.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Read operator instructions to determine what is required from the assigned job.
• Using the information from the operator instructions.
• Assist with staging the areas as needed: moving tables, rubber mats, drill presses, stairs, and other items.
• Work on assigned jobs, operating the injection molding machine, or any secondary equipment as needed.
• Perform any finishing work on plastic parts, including cutting, clipping, trimming, debarring, or assembly.
• Using the operator instructions, follow the guidelines for proper packaging of finished parts.
• Ensure that while a job is being completed.
• Cleaning of all machinery in a safe manner, as directed, and overall shift cleanup, including sweeping, picking up scrap, and etcetera.
• Perform other related duties as detailed by the shift Team Lead or Department Manager.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS  - Pre-Hire Qualification(s):
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. 
Must be able to provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the United States
