Mental Health Support Specialist – PRN / Flexible Schedule

This is a great opportunity for candidates with caregiving, behavioral health, social services, CNA, DSP, or direct care experience looking for flexible PRN scheduling.

Schedule

• PRN / As Needed
• Flexible scheduling opportunities available
• Day, evening, and overnight shifts may be available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to clients in a safe and structured environment
• Encourage positive behaviors and support clients with daily activities and treatment goals
• Observe, monitor, and document client behaviors and participation
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
• Help create a supportive, respectful, and therapeutic environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Current BLS and First Aid Certification required
• Previous behavioral health, caregiving, CNA, DSP, or direct care experience preferred
