Location: Irving, TX
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18-$19/HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test returned lease-end computers to identify and troubleshoot issues

• Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions; perform preventative maintenance

• Use diagnostic tools and reference factory manuals to locate system faults

• Analyze and determine causes of errors; implement appropriate corrective actions

• Perform technical functions such as installation, maintenance, and repair/replacement of computer components

• Modify and upgrade systems as needed; support both hardware and software

• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal function

• Accurately complete work orders using our internal tracking system (T&A system)

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

• A+ Certification preferred

• College diploma in Computer Studies or a combination of relevant education and experience

• Hands-on experience with Tier 1 computer hardware components and repair

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

• Must own steel-toed safety shoes
