 Customer Service Representative / Sales Support 

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 – $20 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Carrollton

We are seeking an experienced Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to assist with managing customer accounts and placing product orders. This position is not a call center role and does not involve cold calling. We are looking for someone comfortable communicating directly with customers and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and process product orders

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs

  • Provide product recommendations and suggest similar items when appropriate

  • Assist customers with order inquiries and product information

  • Support inside sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or account management experience

  • Comfortable communicating with customers without scripts

  • Ability to understand products and recommend solutions to customers

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Experience with order entry or inside sales is a plus

Training and resources will be provided during the first week to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
