Customer Service Representative / Sales Support
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 – $20 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Carrollton
We are seeking an experienced Sales Support / Customer Service Representative to assist with managing customer accounts and placing product orders. This position is not a call center role and does not involve cold calling. We are looking for someone comfortable communicating directly with customers and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts and process product orders

Communicate with customers to understand their needs

Provide product recommendations and suggest similar items when appropriate

Assist customers with order inquiries and product information

Support inside sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships

Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Requirements:
-
Previous customer service or account management experience
-
Comfortable communicating with customers without scripts

Ability to understand products and recommend solutions to customers

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Experience with order entry or inside sales is a plus
Training and resources will be provided during the first week to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
