We are seeking experienced  Warehouse Order Builders  to join a growing distribution facility in Tyler, TX.  The Warehouse Order Builder is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and organizing customer orders within a warehouse environment. This role ensures products are picked, packed, and staged for shipment or delivery while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and build customer orders according to pick tickets or handheld scanners.

• Accurately select products from warehouse shelves, racks, or pallets.

• Stack and organize products onto pallets in a safe and stable manner.

• Wrap and label completed pallets for shipment or delivery.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.

• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack and forklift required.

• 1 year of warehouse, order selecting, or distribution experience is a required.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
