Job site location: Kilgore, TX

Shift: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm $17-18 DOE 

Job Overview:
We’re seeking reliable and experienced Machine Operators to join our team in Kilgore, TX! This position involves operating equipment used in the manufacturing and transfer of composite fluids—such as resins and other liquid components—used in industrial or manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery used in composite fluid production and transfer
• Load and unload raw materials into machines
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Requirements:

• Prior machine operator experience
• Manufacturing background required
• Ability to work in a hot environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• High school diploma or GED
