We are looking to hire a project manager / estimator to join our civil construction team in Tyler, TX. This role combines estimating and project management responsibilities for earthwork, utilities, site concrete, and demolition projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in civil construction, can lead projects from bid to completion, and thrives in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.

*this is a direct hire opportunity, no probationary period through agency required*

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review plans/specs and perform detailed takeoffs
• Prepare cost estimates and competitive bids
• Manage projects from kickoff through closeout
• Schedule and coordinate all phases of construction
• Maintain documentation and ensure project goals are met
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support project success and overall company initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in civil construction (earthwork, water, sewer, storm)
• Ability to read blueprints and develop accurate estimates
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Agtek, 3D Modeling, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with local subcontractors and able to source and vet new partners
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Driver’s license required; bilingual a plus
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
