TIG Welder – Stainless Steel | Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $23/hr (DOE, with growth opportunities)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Experience: 4+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and manufacture high-quality stainless steel products

• Perform TIG (primary) and MIG welding on 22-gauge stainless steel

• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications

• Measure and calculate material accurately

• Perform weld tests and inspections to ensure quality, strength, and tolerance compliance

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment and components

Qualifications:

• 3–4+ years TIG welding experience (stainless steel preferred)

• Experience welding thin-gauge (22-ga) stainless steel

• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Must pass a welding test

• Own welding hood required
