Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate and maintain a clean commercial motor vehicle.

2. Perform pre/post-trip inspections, follow state/federal hours of service, and comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety regulations. Carry a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate at all times.

3. Deliver and unload ice to customers and company locations safely and courteously.

4. Produce invoices and other necessary paperwork for each delivery.

5. Ensure safe operation and proper condition of driver equipment (e.g., handhelds, printers, carts, lift-gates).

6. Report all accidents, injuries, and citations promptly to your supervisor.

7. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and be a team player.

8. Assume other duties as assigned by management.

9. Adhere to the Code of Business Ethics, prioritizing honesty and integrity.

10. Maintain high safety standards.

Operating Responsibilities:

This position requires operating tractor trailers with a Class A CDL. The driver must demonstrate a safe and courteous driving record that meets company standards.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED

• Minimum 2 years of long-haul driving experience

• At least 1 year of experience with a similar vehicle

• Basic math and strong customer service skills required
