We are looking to add a skilled CNC Lathe machinist to our growing facility in Kilgore, TX!

Pay - $20/hr-$30/hr - PAID WEEKLY
Schedule - Monday - Friday
    - 2-3 Saturdays per month with Sundays ALWAYS off
Shift - 6AM - 3:30PM
    - some overtime will be required / some overtime will be offered.

Job Description:
- Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to fabricate parts from raw materials. 
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand machining requirements. 
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to ensure accuracy of finished products. 
- Strong understanding of FANUC CNC and some HAAS
- Ability to set up and run multiple machines. 
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance including daily maintenance. 
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve product issues. 
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. 

Requirements:
- Must work well in a team environment. 
- Must have excellent communication skills, including email, phone and personal communication. 
- MUST HAVE CNC / LATHE EXPERIENCE.
