We are looking to add a computer repair technician / refurbishment technician to our team in Irving, TX! This position is working for a rapidly growing company in the re-certified computer sales industry.

Pay: $18-$19 starting out
Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and test lease-end returned computers to identify and troubleshoot the problems.
- Diagnose and repair hardware malfunctions and perform the maintenance of computers.
- Use testing devices and follow the factory manuals to locate malfunctions in computers.
- Assess computer hardware malfunctions to determine the cause of error and apply appropriate actions to correct problems and repair computers in order to maintain operations.
- Performance all technical functions following the factory technical manuals, such as installing, maintaining and repairing/replacing electronic components of computers.
- Modify and upgrade computers and provide support for both software and hardware.
- Monitor performance of equipment and make necessary adjustments to assure quality performance
- Complete work orders in our T&A system.

Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- A+ certificate is preferred.
- Must have previous hands on experience with Tier 1 computer hardware components and repair.
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Must own steel-toed safety shoes
