Position Overview
The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily order entry functions for game and systems sales, including trials, participations, leases, and conversions. This role ensures accurate order documentation, collaboration with multiple departments, and smooth order processing in compliance with company standards. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative gaming company.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily order entry for game and systems sales, including trials, participations, leases, conversions, training, travel, maintenance, parts, returns, third-party equipment, and support.
- Review order documents for accuracy and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, compliance, manufacturing, purchasing, accounting, and others to ensure orders are processed in alignment with established standards and requirements.
- Input orders into the Pronto system and release approved orders to manufacturing for fulfillment.
- Handle change requests and updates to orders as necessary.
- Prepare revenue recognition documents to ensure proper accounting for sales.
- Coordinate the collection of necessary documentation and expenses related to system implementation, services, maintenance, training, travel, and support orders.
- Maintain and organize Sales Operations files for accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure that all orders undergo secondary verification before being released to manufacturing.
- Maintain order tracker updates in real-time, ensuring that each stage of processing is accurately documented.
Major Accountabilities
- Accurately process and close orders for game and systems sales, including all associated services, parts, and third-party equipment.
- Ensure orders are verified and approved before release to manufacturing.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date tracking of all orders, ensuring no delays or errors in processing.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless order execution.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: High school diploma required; degree preferred.
- Work Experience: 2-5 years of order processing or equivalent experience, with a preference for experience in the gaming industry.
Skills:
- Pronto system experience is a plus.
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to obtain and retain gaming licensure.
Physical and Mental Requirements
- Ability to work in a cubicle environment with extended periods at a computer terminal.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks, including use of keyboard, mouse, and phone.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Additional Requirements
- Work Hours: Full-time, 40+ hours per week, with flexibility for overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
