Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift 7am-4pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Epoxy Mixer to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing epoxy materials according to specifications while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, mix, and prepare epoxy materials following formulas and instructions

• Operate mixing equipment, tools, and related machinery safely

• Monitor consistency, quality, and batch accuracy

• Label, store, and transport mixed materials properly

• Maintain cleanliness of mixing areas and equipment

• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies

• Assist with general production tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience mixing epoxy, resin, or chemical materials preferred

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and formulas accurately

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic math skills for measurements and ratios

• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing / warehouse setting

• Exposure to chemicals (PPE provided and required)
