As a Customer Support Representative, you will communicate and provide administrative support to the Sales Team directly. We are looking for someone ready to work in a fast-paced, fun, and exciting environment and grow their skills. A willingness to work a flexible schedule is needed.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Representative:

  • Collaborate with various internal departments to support the Sales team growth.
  • Answer incoming calls from Sales team and respond to their inquiries.
  • Record feedback with accuracy to improve client satisfaction and increase client enrollment.
  • Conduct research and provide updates effectively.

Requirements

  • 1-3 call center experience
  • Outstanding customer focus.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Flexible Schedule


Salary: $20.00 per hour
