Looking for strong call center CSR professionals with recent high-volume contact center experience. This is a true customer service role with NO SALES involved. In this position, you will be focused as the front line of representation for a key department within the property management industry. Key characteristics for success in this role is having the ability to manage heavy outbound follow-up calls to customers while prioritizing tasks to ensure key client files are tracked and managed to resolution.
 

• Salary:  $15.00/ hr. 
• Position Type:  FULL-TIME long-term seasonal position offering an opportunity to move into a direct-hire role. Strong track record of pay increases with promotion based on attendance and overall performance. 
• Schedule:  Must be flexible for shift schedule anytime Monday-Saturday between 6:00AM - 6:00PM

Responsibilities include fielding online maintenance requests from tenants across the country.  Creating work order tickets and tracking them through final resolution. Must have professional communication skills as you will be contacting the tenants to confirm maintenance request details, lease agreement, along with potential warranty coverages. Conduct outgoing follow-up calls with tenants to provide work order updates as part of our commitment to 100% customer service experience.

Ideal Candidate will have...

• High School or GED required.  (Candidates will need to provide a hard copy of their diploma/degree.)
• Minimum 3-5 years current high-volume call center experience 
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Ability to manage work from 2 computer screens and multi-task using multiple software programs.
• Comfortable managing escalated calls with finesse
• Takes initiative and delivers quality results
