Appointment Setter

We are looking for exceptional Appointment Setters. If you are a highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic this would be an ideal role for you.

Primary Responsibilities

• Appointment setting and confirmations.
• Updating customer profiles.
• Follow communication “scripts” when speaking with customers.
• Warm calling to potential clients.
• Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information.
• Discussing and qualifying homeowners based on their energy needs.
• Gather utility usage information from homeowners.
• Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center goals.
• Scrub through generated leads for potential appointments/clients.

Requirements

• 3-6 months customer service experience.
• Previous years of sales experience with a winning track record.
• Outstanding customer focus.
• A positive attitude.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Flexible Schedule

Salary: $18.00 per hour
