We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team at a gift card manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Auditor will conduct inspections, document findings, and collaborate with the production team to maintain high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Title: Quality Auditor – Gift Card Manufacturing
Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM
Hourly Pay: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular inspections on gift cards and packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Verify that products meet specifications, including visual appearance, functionality, and packaging.
  • Document and report inspection results, including defects or discrepancies, to the Quality Control team.
  • Work with production teams to identify, investigate, and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Perform audits of processes, equipment, and materials to ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions when quality issues are identified.
  • Review and monitor production processes, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that quality standards are consistently met, and conduct periodic checks to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports for management regarding quality trends and issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in quality control or manufacturing preferred.
  • Prior experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies in products.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of quality control principles and standards.
  • Ability to use basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and read specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality issues.
