Manufacturing Facility In East Phoenix (51st St/ Elliot) is seeking Assembly workers-

Schedule:
1st shift- Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm (must be willing to work overtime which may include Saturday work, when required)
or
2nd shift- Monday- Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm 

Pay:
1st shift- $18.00 per hour
2nd shift- $19.00 hour
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. 
• Receive daily build requirements through work orders.
• Assemble quantities and configurations to meet production needs; use correct assembly procedures in a teamwork environment.
• Inspect components for fit and finish prior to assembly and inform Business Unit Manager and/or Production Team Leader of any issues.
• Test each unit for functionality and acceptability.
• Apply labels and move parts to Quality Control area; report end of day quantity build to Business Unit Manager and/or Production Team Lead.
• Assist Business Unit Manager and Production Team Lead, as necessary, to meet production goals.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Temp-to-hire based on performance and attendance
Retention Bonus of $750.00 after 90 days, based on attendance
