Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Urgently Hiring – Scottsdale Facility

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our team at our Scottsdale facility. In this role, you will provide direct support and care to clients in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while helping them work toward their treatment goals.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and support clients following individualized treatment plans
• Monitor, observe, and document client behaviors and participation
• Assist during crisis situations using appropriate de-escalation techniques
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality
• Assist with medication administration as directed and within scope of practice

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current BLS and First Aid Certification
• Previous behavioral health or direct care experience preferred
