Job Description:

AtWork is urgently seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of at-risk individuals. We have immediate openings in group home, hospital, and rehabilitation settings throughout the Phoenix area. As a BHT, you will provide therapeutic care to adults facing challenges with substance abuse, addiction, and mental illness, helping them resolve behavioral issues and gain greater independence within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to patients in a therapeutic setting
• Assist individuals in developing coping strategies and life skills
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients
• Assist with daily activities and community integration

Position & Credential Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPR certification (updated within the last 12 months)
• CPI certification (updated within the last 12 months)
• Recent Tuberculosis test (within the last year)
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions
