Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – SPED (PRN)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20–$22 per hour
No weekends required

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support students in a Special Education (SPED) school setting. This PRN role offers flexibility while making a meaningful impact on students’ daily lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with instructional objectives, behavioral strategies, and IEP goals
• Support students with academic activities, daily living skills, and social development
• Work with students in both individual and group settings
• Monitor students to ensure safety and proper use of equipment
• Observe, document, and maintain student records in accordance with federal and state guidelines
• Assist with personal care needs, including toileting, feeding, lifting, and hygiene
• Transport students to activities or appointments as needed
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Active CNA license/certification
• Ability to work with children in a school or special education setting preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Ability to perform physical duties as required
