Now Hiring: Machine Operators – 1st & 2nd Shift

Location: Dallas, TX 75236
Pay: $17 – $20 per hour (based on experience)
 Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: Full-Time

  • 2nd Shift: Full-Time


Purpose:

Operate machinery to maximize production and efficiency while ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Complete all required job and production paperwork.

  • Perform equipment lockout before setup and disassembly.

  • Inspect machinery during setup to ensure compliance with product specifications.

  • Report abnormalities or malfunctions to the Supervisor immediately.

  • Verify all packaging materials meet quality and safety standards.

  • Properly seal and store packaging materials to prevent contamination.

  • Return unused materials to designated storage areas.

  • Perform routine dry clean-up and maintenance tasks.


Working Conditions:

  • Frequent standing, lifting, walking, reaching, stooping, and bending.

  • Flexible work hours depending on production needs.

  • Temperature range: 30°F – 110°F in processing areas.

  • Exposure to machinery, electrical/mechanical components, and cleaning chemicals.

  • Loud, fast-paced environment with damp or slick floors.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods.


Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to meet daily shipping and production schedules.

  • Familiarity with metal detector policy and proper product handling.

  • Maintain equipment and workspace in a safe, organized, and sanitary condition.

  • Track and maintain accurate inventory of packing supplies.

  • Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and sanitation procedures.

  • Understanding of lockout/tagout and safety procedures.

  • Flexibility to rotate to different production tasks as needed.

  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to meet production goals.
