Warehouse Supervisor
Carrollton, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $23/hour and up (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff and drivers, ensure safety compliance, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse team members and delivery drivers

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

• Train employees on equipment operation and standard procedures

• Maintain accurate inventory and organized warehouse operations

• Communicate effectively with management and staff

• Support and oversee daily warehouse functions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience preferred

• Forklift certification required

• Experience with inventory software and Microsoft Office

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
