AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Logistics Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal teams. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring timely, accurate communication throughout the logistics process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

$19-$20 starting off

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for customers regarding shipment status, tracking, and delivery updates

  • Coordinate with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery

  • Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, shortages, or service issues

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate shipment data in transportation/logistics systems

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims in a professional and timely manner

  • Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, and delivery confirmations

  • Communicate clearly via phone, email, and internal systems

  • Support billing, invoicing, and documentation as needed

  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service

  • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics or supply chain experience preferred

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (logistics, transportation, or distribution preferred)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics/transportation software

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems

  • Knowledge of freight operations, shipping terms, and delivery processes

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
