Key Responsibilities
-
Act as the main contact for customers regarding shipment status, tracking, and delivery updates
-
Coordinate with carriers, drivers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery
-
Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, shortages, or service issues
-
Enter, update, and maintain accurate shipment data in transportation/logistics systems
-
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims in a professional and timely manner
-
Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, and delivery confirmations
-
Communicate clearly via phone, email, and internal systems
-
Support billing, invoicing, and documentation as needed
-
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
-
Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance standards
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; logistics or supply chain experience preferred
-
1–3 years of customer service experience (logistics, transportation, or distribution preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics/transportation software
-
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills

Experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems
-
Knowledge of freight operations, shipping terms, and delivery processes

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
