AtWork Personnel is seeking an experienced Counter Sales Representative to join a growing team in Farmers Branch, TX. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and sales experience who enjoys building relationships, assisting customers, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order placement.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Maintain product knowledge to provide solutions and recommendations.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter area.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist with inventory inquiries, stocking, and merchandising as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of counter sales, inside sales, or customer service experience required.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, industrial supply, construction materials, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and order entry systems.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required.
