URGENT HIRING: Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: Flagstaff, AZ (Relocation Welcomed)
Pay: $67–$68/hr
Schedule: Flexible – 7AM–3:30PM or 8:30AM–4:30PM (OT may be required)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations in our long-term care facility. This is a key leadership role requiring strong oversight, regulatory knowledge, and long-term care experience.

Requirements:

• Active RN License (Arizona)

• 2+ years Long-Term Care experience

• Strong leadership & communication skills

• Flexibility to adjust hours as needed

Compliance Documents (Required Before Start):

• Resume

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance

• OIG/SAM Clearance

• Current CPR/BLS

• 2-Step TB Test

• RN License

• Hep B & COVID Vaccine or Declination
