We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Career Services Associate to help connect graduates with employers and support job placement efforts. This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented role focused on outreach, relationship building, and interview coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to employers
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Build relationships with hiring managers
• Track candidate progress and placements

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Sales or recruiting experience required
• Ability to work in a goal-driven environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Associates Degree preferred
