Administrator – Arizona State Veterans Home
Location: Arizona, Flagstaff

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility serving Arizona’s Veterans. This role oversees all operations, financial management, and compliance, ensuring the highest quality of long-term and rehabilitative care.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary skilled nursing facility.

• Oversee budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

• Ensure top-quality care and compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Develop and implement goals, policies, and programs to enhance operations.

• Represent the facility to government agencies, Veterans organizations, and community partners.

• Apply Arizona Management System (AMS) tools to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of Long-Term Care experience, including time as an Administrator.

• Current Arizona Nursing Home Administrator license.

• High school diploma required (advanced education preferred).

• Valid driver’s license (required for State business).

• Valid fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
