Intake Transfer and Release (ITR) ONLY 

Shift Time:
Day Shift - 7:30am- 7:00pm
Night Shift: - 7:00 p.m – 7:30 a.m

Must commit to 3X12 hour shifts weekly for a minimum of 13 weeks 

Job Duties:

• Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes while promoting a healthy work environment.
• Deliver direct and medical nursing care, assist patients with daily living activities, and monitor behavior and physical status.
• Transcribe doctors' orders, review medication charts, administer treatments, and assist with sick calls.
• Document patient records, complete nursing assessments, and prepare necessary documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Current Arizona RN 
• Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• CPR and First Aid Certification (in-person training only) from Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Negative TB test and proof of MMR vaccination.
• Respirator Fit Test (N95).
• Pass an extensive background check.
• Provide two references (personal and professional).
