Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our behavioral health team. In this essential role, you will provide direct support to individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral challenges, helping maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of clinical staff.

• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient behavior and mental status.

• Assist in crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and daily living activities.

• Promote a safe, structured, and supportive environment for all patients.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum six (6) months of experience in a behavioral health or related healthcare setting.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and supportive in high-stress situations.

• Current CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
