Duration: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Onsite-Las Vegas, NV

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually depending on experience and education + full time medical benefits until going perm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries

• Analysis

• Audit and analyze accounting activities, including sales, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Process accounts payable and payroll

• Prepare and submit tax reports to various agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service

• Manage and record transactions for client accounts accurately and prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts

• Regularly prepare federal and multiple state returns

• Prepare budgets and performance reports, including analytics

• Balance inter-company accounts and reconcile bank and credit card statements

• Use QuickBooks Enterprise Edition for various accounting functions

• Analyze and propose improvements to accounting processes

• Use Office Suite proficiently, with an emphasis on Excel.

Requirements:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
• Proficient in managing and maintaining the General Ledger
• Ability to create and post Journal Entries
• Familiarity with Month End Close procedures
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software for accounting tasks
• Experience in conducting Audit procedures and processes
• Strong analytical skills for financial Analysis
• Ability to create and manage Cash Flow Forecasts
• Experience in preparing Multi-state Tax Returns
