Job Title: Hospital Grill Cook

Hourly Wage: $16-$18 depending on experience

Shift:
6:30AM-3:30PM
(Must be able to work every other weekend)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of menu items according to prescribed recipes and portioning, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Grill, fry, or otherwise cook food items to perfection, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Wear a hairnet and maintain personal hygiene standards, including no fake fingernails, nail polish, and close-shaved facial hair (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred..
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
• Must be able to work every other weekend.

Working Conditions:

This position requires working on your feet, lifting heavy objects, and working in a busy kitchen environment within a hospital setting. The ability to bend, stoop, and move swiftly is essential.
